This project joins institutions from Austria and Slovenia with the aim of forming an information points network in the high-mountain area where traces of mining from the ancient times and the Middle Ages can still be found. The TNP area presents the main part of Slovenia’s integration with the Gorenjska Museum as the initiator and the coordinator for Slovenia.
The TNP participated in the 2005 registration of iron ore deposit sites and archaeological excavations in the high-mountains and also in the preparation of marking signs.
